Heart Opening Cacao + Guided Meditation

Join us for a THURSDAY evening full moon gathering focused on the heart chakra. We will drink cacao with intention and gather in community. At 6:30pm, participants will be invited to silently join a guided meditation focused on being our authentic selves from a deep place of love and trust. Being our authentic self takes a loving relationship with our shadows. It takes compassion. It takes a deep sense of knowing and feeling. It takes trust and love. Our theme this winter has been hibernation, introspection, trusting your journey, and being your full self. We look forward to deepening this practice through intentional heart work!
